An introduction to the news

 BBC News 25th August 2020 At the beginning it shows the camera slowly zooming in and panning towards the presenter. The story is about wearing masks in school. It shows shots of students separated in their classrooms and pans around and then it cuts to the teacher of the classroom discussing the social distancing and how students are allowed to take off their masks as long as they are separated from each other. It then cuts to another shot of Boris Johnson painting on something for some reason, and then he discusses social distancing and restrictions. The next shot is a close up of a school locker angled to show students in the background whilst the reporter talks about the compulsory use of face masks in crowded places in the school. The presenter is Clive Myrie and the reporter is Branwen Jeffreys. Newsreaders and Presenters need to be well enunciated so people can understand them clearly. The nature and purposes of research in the creative media industries

 Types/methods of research: Primary Research Primary research is a type of research which requires yourself or someone else to go directly to the source to recieve information, e.g. Questionnaires, Surveys, Interviews, etc. Secondary Research Examples of secondary research are newspapers, books, film archives, etc. Primary research is effective because it allows you to get the information directly from the source however it does need to be sorted if it isn't digital to be accessible. Secondary research is accessible at any time however you may have to wait for results as they won't be given immediately.
