I chose this video because of the way it displays different beliefs, for most of the video it shows a group of boys playing a ball game and throwing it over the wall, and whoever was on the other side was joining in on the game, but towards the end the ball isn't thrown back over and the camera pans to the other side of the wall where it shows a group of girls with what appears to be a teacher telling them off for playing with the boys on the other side of the wall.

I chose this video because it is funny, it shows a guy trying to sell his bike to someone else and then another guy casually passes by with a unicorn and they talk about it like an everyday normal topic which makes it funny, it looks like a professionally shot short film as the angles are positioned well and the focus and lighting is good.

I chose this because it begins by looking like a normal video but then as it goes on it begins to get weirder making it a good video because it is a unique and funny idea, the people in this short film have there own seats and the camera never changes position to maybe make it look like something you would watch on TV.

An introduction to the news

 BBC News 25th August 2020 At the beginning it shows the camera slowly zooming in and panning towards the presenter. The story is about wearing masks in school. It shows shots of students separated in their classrooms and pans around and then it cuts to the teacher of the classroom discussing the social distancing and how students are allowed to take off their masks as long as they are separated from each other. It then cuts to another shot of Boris Johnson painting on something for some reason, and then he discusses social distancing and restrictions. The next shot is a close up of a school locker angled to show students in the background whilst the reporter talks about the compulsory use of face masks in crowded places in the school. The presenter is Clive Myrie and the reporter is Branwen Jeffreys. Newsreaders and Presenters need to be well enunciated so people can understand them clearly. History and Development of editing

Editing is the process of using footage and using it to combine shots into sequences. Film editing used to require you to physically cut the film and then put it together with a separate image to create a cut to the next shot which created a transition in-between the two shots, but editing film is much easier now due to technology and digital cameras and computer software.
